I found the this plastic tree at Salvation Army thrift for $0.10, and the candle was a Goodwill find at $1.00. There was also a rather sad looking snow man, Rudolph and Santa with the tree, but they were in such bad shape they were left behind.
Scooped up the blow mold Santa Clause cookie jar! The kitchen of the Casablanca is usually decorated with Santa mugs and other things so this will fit in perfectly.
Here we have a small handful of the vintage ornaments I've picked up this year. The rest are packed away and waiting to be put up! They looked so pretty out in the sun light, I can hardly wait to see them on an aluminum tree.
Our friends (young and old) get excited over Thanksmass and Christmas at the Casablanca, it is provably my most favorite holiday to decorate for and this yeah I have a feeling our Winter portion of the Social Season is going to be wonderful!
We hope yours will be too!

I've seen that cookie jar so many times on Pinterest, I love it, what a find!
I usually don't get in the mood for Christmas this early, but you just made me start humming "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town." :)
So many great things here! I'm going to break down and buy that Santa cookie jar online one of these days. It's darn cute!
These next few weeks will fly by and x-mas will be here before we know it! :)
Thanks for sharing!

I have passed up that dang Santa cookie jar TWICE!! Both times I found it, the sellers wanted an arm and a leg for it. Well not this year! I WILL BUY IT!!
