Today I wrote on Facebook -
"Hey everyone! Here's a FUN. Pre-SNOWPOCOLYPSE activity the whole family can enjoy! Go outside and take pictures of yourself staring up at the sky in object HORROR and make the picture your profile picture! I came up with this idea, let's see how far it goes!!!"
Well that was my picture, and after a few friends this SPREAD LIKE WILDFIRE... and soon all my friends had "SNOWPOCALYPSE" pictures on their Facebooks and even people I didn't know!
(Pet's got in on the act too, SNOWPOCALYPSE spares no one!)
All morning pictures popped up on Facebook!THEN at noon, our local NBC TV news crew got in on the act and took a "SNOWPOCALYPSE" picture out in front of the station! HOW COOL IS THAT?!
(KFDX 3 News Team!)
All afternoon pictures kept pouring in and my inbox was exploding. I was grinning ear to ear that my picture challenge was "trending"! And then suddenly, and without warning, at 3:00 p.m. (central time) it started to snow...Oh well, lets hope it doesn't affect our Thanksmass Plans to much!
Merry Thanksmass Eve Everyone!
-Mick-
oh how funny!
ReplyDeleteThat's absolutely amazing...and so cool! I'd send you pictures of us, but we'd have snow and sleet all over our faces or icicles hanging from our ears, because we may get more tonight. We haven't left the house since yesterday and aren't supposed to thaw out till Sunday.
ReplyDeleteThis is HILARIOUS!! That's the way people get in Vancouver, B.C. in Canada too!!
ReplyDeleteI always knew Mick you were a trend-setter!!
Hahaha, that's awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious!! Well played Mick, well played!! LOL
ReplyDeleteWhat a blast! Loved all the photos!
ReplyDeleteThis is hilarious! LOL
ReplyDeleteI'd take a photo of myself from that angle, but I'm not a huge fan of my double chin! Ha!
Hope your Christmas decorating is coming along! Thank you so much for stopping by my place!
